Kiri Highland Pepper is a pepper farm run by a New Zealand / Cambodian husband and wife team. The plantation is in Mondulkiri, a mountainous and densely forested northeastern province. The 700m altitude, cooler tropical climate, rich volcanic soils and natural fertiliser all combine to create exceptional pepper.
Our black pepper has an intense, lingering spiciness. Our red pepper has a rounded heat combined with delicate fruit and caramel notes. Our white pepper has the pure tangy vigour of the peppercorn’s core, without the outer skin and flesh.

All our pepper is grown and processed on the farm using chemical-free methods. We make all efforts to minimise the environmental impact wherever possible. Our workers are treated with respect and enjoy decent wage and living conditions.
